Hybrid event held in Antigua Guatemala from April 8 to 10, 2026, bringing together parliaments, academia, and international cooperation actors to exchange experiences and advance evidence-based solutions to guarantee the Right to Food across Ibero-America and the Caribbean. The event combines the 2nd International Congress and 12th Regional Academic Meeting of the Right to Food Observatory (ODA-ALC) with the Parliamentary Advisors' Meeting of the Parliamentary Front Against Hunger, supported by Spanish Cooperation (AECID), FIAP/EU4SUN, and AMEXCID. Its agenda includes high-level panels, academia-parliament dialogue tables, and workshops to build a 2026–2027 regional roadmap.
